surfing is the ideal activity to work on concentration, listening, speaking. attention, balance. This also allows you to channel your energy by spending yourself and using it wisely.

We offer you a surf session lasting 1 hour 30 minutes in the company of qualified instructors. This surf lesson will take place on the Négade beach, in Soulac-sur-Mer in Gironde. This beach, located between the beaches of Grayan and the beaches of Soulac-sur-Mer is the perfect sliding spot because it is located far away a crowd. It is located in the heart of wild nature, to practice surfing in an ideal setting.

The meeting point is therefore located on the beach mentioned above. Our team is waiting for you there to brief you on the progress of this activity. She will then give the surfboard and the wetsuit to your child who will equip themselves before heading out onto the sand for a warm-up. Following this, the instructor will choose the ideal surf spot depending on the level of the participants and the weather conditions.

Throughout the session, your child will be supervised by a surf professional who will accompany the apprentice surfers in the water and supervise them in complete safety. During this course, your child will learn to understand the environment in which he will operate: currents, sandbanks, tides, etc. He will also learn the vocabulary specific to this discipline and above all, how to surf! Once the session is over, you will return to dry land where the instructor will give you a little feedback on this session.

• Classes do not exceed 8 participants in order to have maximum personalized follow-up.
• You just need your sunscreen, towel and swimsuit.
• This surf course is available from April to October.
• The maximum age for this session is 13 years old.

Within our school, they will progress visibly because they will benefit from successive courses which will allow them to fully assimilate the knowledge that we will transmit to them but also to be able to put into practice what we will teach them. They will receive lessons from professional instructors who will give them everything they need to be confident on their surfboard.

We are located on the Négade beach where you can observe remains of the Atlantic Wall. The Plage de la Négade is located in Soulac-sur-Mer, in the department of Gironde, in the South-West of France. It is located a few kilometers from Pauillacand the Forêt Domaniale d'Hourtin.

For this surf session, we will meet you on Plage de la Négade, at our surf school. You will be supported by our team who will explain the sessions to you and answer any questions you may have. Following this, she will give you your surfboard as well as your wetsuit. The surfboard is adapted to your size and level. Many models are available. You will then go onto the sand for a warm-up.

Once your muscles are ready, our instructor will start the class. You will learn, on the water and on the beach, to tame the Ocean, to adopt the rules of priority and safety on the water, to master your balance and your board. surf... The sessions are scalable and the content will adapt to your level of progress.

At the end of each surf lesson, your instructor will give you a report on your progress and the content of the sessions to come.

• This surf lesson is intended for people aged 13 years or less.
• Remember to bring your bathing suit and towel as well as your sunscreen.
• You will never have more than 8 people per class.
• These surf lesson sessions are available from April to October.
