The place where the training will take place will be at Platja de Grau, a perfect setting when the wind calms down a bit. The class will be taught by one of our instructors who have the relevant experience and qualifications. It will be a private training, so the instructor will develop a personalized program.
We will divide the one-hour class into two parts. On the one hand, you will receive a series of tips and basic notions where you will have a first contact with the materials and you will learn about the most movements simple. The purpose is so that it is not difficult for you to maintain your balance! The rest of the time we will spend in the water of the Costa Brava, because we know that how you learn is by doing the practice.
As for the materials we will take care of it ourselves, you worry about not missing a wave and enjoying this water sport on thePals beach.

With four hours ahead, we will divide the course into two parts. On the one hand, the theoretical part where we will talk about the basic concepts of surfing and which will be essential for you to maintain balance on the board. Then we will launch into the Mediterranean to test everything we have learned.
