The best instructors on the island will personalize your instruction for the duration of the class, around 3 hours.
Before jumping into the sea, the instructor will explain to you, through a brief talk, the basic principles of surfing: how to position yourself on the board, when to catch the wave, etc. This way, you will enter the water with greater confidence and put the theory into practice. And, depending on your level, we will give you one type of board or another.
