Deal overview

This is a surf course for daring people who want to try new experiences, while enjoying the sea in Castro Urdiales.

In this beginners course you will be able to enjoy 3 hours a day of which we will spend between 15 and 20 minutes going to the beach chosen according to the surfing conditions, 20 minutes of explanation theoretical on the beach, in which the basic notions of the material used in this sport, geography and its influence on surfing will be explained, we will recognize the beaches and currents, we will see the types of waves that are forming and the corresponding techniques parasurfing in it, and the safety and preference rules.

Next we will warm up for 10 minutes, and practice in the water what we have learned outside for 1:45 h, we will stretch for 10 minutes and take the route back to school.

The shifts in which the course is offered are, in the morning: from 9:30 to 1:30 pm and in the afternoon: from 16:00 to 19:00. strong>

Also on the last day, when you have checked the board, we will make you a photographic report.
