1-day surf class in El Palmar

For all of you who want to become surfers, we have prepared a very complete class in Cádiz, so that you can learn all the concepts you need to increase your level. It will be a session adapted to your needs, whether you want to learn from scratch or prefer to perfect your technique.

The course will last 1 day, with a class lasting 1 and a half or 2 hours, in which a qualified teacher will teach you everything you need. He will explain everything related to the world of surfing, how to understand the sea, respect the environment, how to warm up properly, how to stand up on the board, how to catch waves...

You will even learn theoretical concepts such as the history, philosophy and rules of surfing, as well as the safety rules that must be followed when you are in the water. All this in enjoyable classes, and in an environment full of positive energy and camaraderie.

You will work in a group of students with the same level and age as you, and you can come in the mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or in the afternoons at 4:00 p.m. As in any aquatic activity, availability will depend on weather conditions, so you will have to go on the day that presents the perfect requirements for surfing.
