What can you expect in this 2-hour group surf class?
At first we will move into the changing rooms of our center, we will assign wetsuits and boards.
Once on the beach we will separate the students according to their level, in most cases it is an introduction to surfing, but there are some people who come for several days or who have already tried it before, and we will distribute them with each monitor to try to keep the explanations level.
In each team we will hold a preliminary talk to explain how to adjust the leash and the appropriate leg, the position on the board, the paddling posture, when we have to catch the wave so as not to get tired and the posture and movement to adopt when getting up to catch the wave.
Once the concepts are established, ducks into the water! each one with his board and looking for the perfect wave that will allow us to get up for the first time.
It is a very fun activity that you have to try once in your life, you will see that they are great!
