Do you want to get started in the popular world of surfing? If you are in Barcelona you should not miss this complete baptism, both theoretical and practical.

We will start, of course, with the theoretical module. In this part we are going to talk about:

The different types of material that can be used for surfing.
Why there are waves.
Everything related to safety when surfing.
We will teach you what is the ideal time to paddle and get on the board.
We will do a little test.

Next we will move on to the practical part:

We will learn to distinguish the wave zones to be able to select the best spot to surf.
Likewise, we will teach you to know which are the best access points to water and what are the possible dangers.
We will do practical exercises on the sand.
We will show you how to enter the water with maximum safety and wait for the wave we want to catch.
And, of course, we will surf our first waves!

An intense session with which you will fall in love with surfing!
