Do you know how to surf but want to continue learning? For this we offer you this intermediate level course on Lozán beach, in A Coruña.

The course will last 5 days in which you will receive a class of 2 and a half hours per day from surf professionals, that will give you the best training to strengthen and develop your technique. In addition, for the development of the program we also offer you all the materials, with top quality brands.

The following aspects will be developed in the program:

How to paddle and catch the waves before they break.
Methodology to lower the waves.
Take Off.
You will learn to select the waves to catch.
Body posture to change direction.
Management and control with autonomy of the board.
Managing situations with many people.

Before each class we will do stretching and notions of maintenance of the material.
