At our headquarters, in Sarrein the province of Aosta, you will meet real experts in the sector, who will accompany you during your experience, guaranteeing professionalism and safety.
For this specific occasion, we will meet in Cogne: once the group has formed, a certified guide from the Gran Paradiso National Park will explain the >rules and safety regulations required for the exit and then we will proceed with dressing. You can participate with your own snowshoes and your own sticks or rent ours upon your arrival!
When everything is ready, you will leave for the wonderful Sylvenoire forest: you will be enchanted by its beauty, accentuated by the play of light among the branches of the larchs and fir trees centuries old and the vastness of its fauna, which ranges from squirrels, to hares, to majestic ibex.
During the first 2 hours of walking, you will also have the opportunity to listen to the guide's countless explanations about the territory of the Val d'Aosta and its glacial valleys, until you arrive on a plateau and you can rest in a beautiful chalet.
Finally, you will return to the starting point during another 2 hours of walking, to conclude this simple itinerary and suitable for everyone, including children with a minimum age of 5 years, in the best possible way. And, of course, your dogs are welcome, as long as they wear a muzzle!

The time of the activity will be agreed directly with the company, after purchasing the voucher online.
We require flexibility regarding the organization of the activity: snowshoeing is, by its nature, closely related to weather conditions and, for us, safety always comes first. In this regard, the exact itinerary will be communicated 1/2 days before the excursion.
