The objective of the course is to carry out the routes autonomously and safely; learn the techniques of ascent and descent with skis and improve the descent technique on virgin snow.In the course we will also learn how to use the Arva, preparation of the itinerary, stability of the snow cover and modern skiing techniques.
We recommend for the activity: ski clothing and equipment, sunglasses, backpack, water bottle, food to regain strength and a flashlight.
