The duration of the course is 2 days. Each day there is approximately half a day of the course.

The mountain or cross-country skiing course is for beginners, for people who have never done it or have done it very rarely, since with this course we will learn the techniques to be able to have a great time. We will need two days for learning to be efficient. And we have different tracks on which to enjoy and learn:

- In Panticosa, with the Bacias and Pico de Verde slopes.
- The Bielsa Valley with the old port of Bielsa, Batallance and fubillons.
- Pipulín de Ordesa with Punta Custodia and Mondicieto.
The objective of the course is to carry out the routes autonomously and safely; learn the techniques of ascent and descent with skis and improve the descent technique on virgin snow.In the course we will also learn how to use the Arva, preparation of the itinerary, stability of the snow cover and modern skiing techniques.
We recommend for the activity: ski clothing and equipment, sunglasses, backpack, water bottle, food to regain strength and a flashlight.
