- Skis: the basic elements to slide through the snow. Thinking about your safety and care for injuries, they will always be quality brands and proportional to your weight and size.
- The boots: they will be the ones that allow you to put on your skis. They are also chosen by size taking into account your foot size.
- The poles: they are the ones that will help you support yourself to move forward with the skis and to make maneuvers as important as braking.
