This formula will be reserved for teenagers between 12 years old (over 40 kg) and 16 years old. In the program :

When your activity starts and finishes
Morning: 10:30 a.m.
Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.
Departure times can be adjusted according to your expectations.
