We will meet at the Besalú Tourist Office and before starting, an expert instructor will show you how the segway works. Its system is very simple, as it is based on self-balancing or, in other words, it moves according to your movements. You will see that it is very easy and that you will be able to handle it in a few minutes without problems!
We will provide you with a helmet for safety, and after you manage to control the Segway, our 60-minute tour will begin. We will tour one of the medieval historical-artistic environments best preserved in Catalonia.
During the segway route, you will be able to see different churches such as the 12th century Montestir de San Pedro church, the House of Cornellà, the impressive Jewish quarter, giving special mention to the Miqvé. And of course, we will pass by the majestic Romanesque bridge over the Fluvià River.
Sightseeing on the wheels of a segway is a totally environmentally friendly way of sightseeing; and also, it does not require physical effort, a great advantage since you can see more places in a very short time.
You will be able to relax and sightsee at the same time in a medieval environment that is worth visiting!
