Deal overview
The package we propose is suitable both for all people who are only looking for a first approach and for those who intend to obtain a patent in the future. The course is divided into two parts: the first part includes three theoretical lessons lasting 30 minutes each in which the techniques of freediving, safety rules and basic information on the exercises you will perform in the water later.
The second part consists of three practical lessons lasting 60 minutes each in which, by first observing the instructor's demonstrations, you will carry out the exercises, based on the notions of the theoretical lessons.
At the end of the course you can decide whether to obtain the Open Water Diver certification with a further 4 dives in the pool, 4 in the sea and a theoretical exam. If you believe the introductory course is sufficient to achieve your goals, you will receive a certificate of participation.
In order to carry out the course lessons, each participant must bring their own swimming pool materials such as slippers, cap, swimsuit and bathrobe; and in addition you must be in possession of a non-competitive sports fitness certificate.
