During the day we spend together, we will combine diving and concentration, both closely related to the world of breathing. For 5 hours we will practice this exercise, which will allow you to feel your breathing and The objective is to carry out the practice underwater and feel your body and breathing differently in the energy that Tulum gives you.
We will continue with a diving immersion in the sea in which, together with a specialized instructor, we will visit the most spectacular seabed of the Caribbean coast. Includes 2 cylinders so we can visit more than one place.
We include a break in the middle of the day with a snack for each participant.
The tour is aimed at certified divers who have experience in this incredible activity, and who wish to explore the area accompanied by an experienced instructor or who wish to focus on particular aspects of their technique diving. You will learn breathing techniques, ear equalization, efficient movement, and safety protocols.
