The Open Water Diver course is the most popular in the world of diving since it is the first level of certification and its main objective is to train to be able to dive anywhere in the world. . The course is divided into three phases:

Knowledge development: includes 5 academic sessions consisting of independent study, classroom study, tests and final exam.

Confined water dives: we will do 5 dives in shallow waters in the bay to learn basic diving skills.

Open water dives: we will carry out 4 boat dives in the Akumal barrier reef to apply what we have learned and begin the adventure of exploring the marine world.

Our instructors are PADI certified and will be with you at all times. We include the equipment and materials that you will use throughout the course.
