The best thing is that you can start immediately after you have achieved your PADI Open Water Diver certification. This course consists of 5 specialties, two that are mandatory and 3 that you will choose. The mandatory ones are Depth and Underwater Navigation. Among the specialties you can choose from areBoat Adventure Dives, Night Adventure, Underwater Naturalist and Wreck and Buoyancy Mastery. As you can see, in this course you will learn many things and you have the freedom to choose what you like the most.
