- This initiation will extend over 3 sessions, each session is around 20 minutes.

You will enjoy the incredible sensations of scuba diving. In complete safety, you enter the wonderful world of professional divers to enjoy the feeling of freedom and total silence from the seabed of the Pyrénées-Orientales. We are waiting for you at Barcarés, a stone's throw from Perpignan, for this initiation in three dives. This is the best formula to introduce you to this sport that is both fun and enriching.
Procedure:
We welcome you to our center,to share this special moment with you. On site, the supervisory team will give you a first theoretical presentation on the basics of scuba diving, the safety instructions to take into account on board the boat and once in the water. At the same time, she will provide you with the necessary equipment: neoprene suit, fins, mask and snorkel. Everything being ready, you will put on your equipment to begin the practical part of your lessons.
This offer promises you a great discovery of the underwater world in a bottle, while teaching you the notions of individual safety gestures: emptying the mask, letting go /strong> and tip recovery; collective security actions such as stabilization, moving in a group, balance, etc.
Come and enjoy immersion explorations on a depth of 3 to 5 m, then raise awareness about the site's marine ecosystem and respect for biodiversity.
