Carry out a first-time experience at sea with us, with the discover scuba diving activity lasting 2 hours.
If you want to get closer to the world of diving, this is the right opportunity, come and visit us in Santa Cesarea Terme, here our professional instructors will welcome you and take care of you.
Before diving you will listen to an introductory briefing, during which the basic rules of diving, the manual signals for communicating underwater and how the equipment works will be explained to you.
Once this theoretical part is finished, you will start with the practical part by carrying out simple exercises in the shallowest waters, so as to become familiar with breathing and buoyancy.
Always followed by one of our qualified instructors, you will immerse yourself in the beautiful seabed of Santa Cesarea Terme up to 6-10 metres deep.
During your activity you will also be able to admire the species that populate the unique areas of Salento.
No previous skills are required in this activity, you just need to know how to swim, furthermore, our dives are suitable for everyone from a minimum of 10 years of age!
