The Baptism of the Sea is an exciting and unforgettable experience, the first real encounter with the underwater world, designed for those who want to experience the magic of breathing underwater in total safety.
The activity lasts approximately 3 hours in total and is also suitable for children, thanks to a gradual, fun approach always followed step by step by a certified diving instructor.
Once you reach our facility in Scilla, Reggio Calabria, you will see our center equipped with all comforts and you will get to know our team of instructors.
The experience begins with a moment of welcome and explanation, during which the diving equipment, the basic techniques and the simple rules for moving underwater in a natural and relaxed way will be presented.
Once the theoretical part is finished, we go into the water to experience the practical part, that is, the true Baptism of the Sea: a gentle and guided dive, up to a maximum depth of 5 metres, ideal for enjoying the experience in complete tranquility and safety.
Don't worry, our expert instructors will always be at your side to follow you step by step!
During the dive you will discover the first sensations of scuba diving, observing the seabed and marine life. In the areas of Costa Viola there is a vast biodiversity, between fauna and flora in the crystal clear waters you will experience magical moments!
At the end of the experience, a participation certificate will be issued as a reminder of this special moment, followed by a free drink, to relax and share the emotions just experienced.
