The purpose of this experience, more than leaving with all the theoretical-practical knowledge learned, is to enjoy and know if we like the sport or not.
This diving experience will take place on the beaches of the Arousa Island.
The baptism lasts approximately 3 hours in total, although we will be in the water for about 30 minutes. We will start with comfortable exercises to get used to breathing through the mouth and the continuous flow of air.
We are located in Vilagarcía, from where we will travel to different points, depending on where the best sea conditions are to carry out this first experience.
