Open Water Diver course in Naples

The philosophy on which all Shark Diving courses are based consists in guaranteeing the student maximum flexibility, trying to adapt to the needs of the students both in terms of time availability and different learning styles.

Our motto is "Dive Today", in fact we believe that it is essential to start with the water activity immediately, already while the theoretical activity is taking place, without waiting a long time before engaging with the sea .

The course is structured to occupy a relatively short period of time so that those enrolled can optimize the time available to them and not be forced to spend many hours in the classroom and at sea, thus optimally reconciling, the course with work and family commitments.

The theoretical part develops with self-study and review of knowledge, to then verify the learning on the boat. Here the theory modules and the knowledge tested directly in the water will be covered.

The first confined water approaches will be held in the sea area in front of Baia and Miseno both in the winter and in the summer season. The sites where this part of the course takes place in "confined waters" maintain, in terms of depth, , exit routes and safety, the same characteristics of an indoor structure, but with the advantage of already being able to acclimatise to the conditions of the marine environment.

The open water training dives, however, are organized in stretches of sea with depths greater than 6 meters and up to 18 meters of depth, the limit of the Open Water Diver course.

When the instructor deems that the student, at the end of this training, will have satisfied the requirements for performing the exercises required in water and passed the theory exam, the first step of diving can be considered completed and certified with the relevant internationally valid patent required, and certificate of participation in the course (diploma).
