This underwater baptism is based on a 3-hour mini course, divided into an hour of theoretical lesson and two guided dives from the beach of Castellammare di Stabia, with a team of professionals experts ready and prepared to explain to you through a theoretical lesson what the main diving techniques are, how the necessary equipment works and the fundamentals of scuba diving, guaranteeing all participants total professionalism and safety for the entire duration of the activity.
After the first theoretical lesson of about an hour, we will move on to a first guided scuba dive by a professional who will resolve all your doubts, for a first scuba dive of a maximum depth of 12 meters, from the beach , in which you will put into practice the notions learned during the theoretical lesson.
And after the second dive, you will return to dry land and you will be issued a certificate attesting to your participation in this first mini diving course.
