The objective of the course is very simple: teach you how to dive in the sea autonomously and safely. To do this, you will be trained by the best diving professionals, who will give you all the keys to successfully pass the program. A program, which consists of the following parts:
- Theory: you will have about five theoretical sessions, where we will teach you the basic principles of diving, safety keys and breathing techniques.
- Practice: we will carry out up to five dives, where we will aim for you to learn to handle the diving equipment with ease and to feel comfortable underwater.
To carry out all this, we provide you with all the material. Both the theoretical ones, with DVD and manual, and those related to practice, with the use of the equipment.
Completing this course will take you about four or five days, always adapting to what you may need.
