Apnea is a type of diving that is increasingly practiced, since it involves improvement both on a personal level and in communion with your own body. Freediving involves holding your breath while you move in the marine environment, having to control both skills.
You will learn to control your breathing, to relax your body and muscles, to be under pressure, obtaining almost immediate results that will make you feel great about yourself.
In La Azohía, Murcia, we will introduce you to freediving, accompanying you in every step we take and teaching you everything necessary so that you can enjoy a great experience. We will carry out a theoretical session and then begin to take the first steps in the pool, since it is a medium in which you will feel safer during your baptism.
Once you have internalized all the concepts and have passed a small test in the pool, we will head to the sea, where we will continue putting the exercises into practice, but in this case while we enjoy the seabed of the Cabo Tiñoso Natural Reserve, an underwater ecosystem located in front of our beaches, where we can descend to levels where we will find endless marine species, water birds, meadows, rock formations and much more.
