Diving initiation course in Santa Ponsa, 3h

We have designed an unforgettable experience to introduce you to diving, doing it progressively and at your own pace so you can enjoy it to the fullest. We are going to do diving inSanta Ponça, a perfect location for the numerous species that inhabit its waters.

The only requirement to enjoy this baptism of diving is to be over 8 years old, and not have heart, ear, or respiratory problems. It is also not suitable for pregnant women.

Everything is included in this program: you only need a swimsuit and towel.

To begin, you will receive a small theory class, where they will explain the most important concepts and some basic exercises that you will do later.

Once we know the most important conditions about this sport, we will ride a boat to reach the diving point. We will start in a shallow area, where we will perform the exercises that we have previously learned, and then gain depth and do a dive that will open the doors to a new world: you will feel the sensation of breathing underwater and absolute weightlessness while you are part of the marine world.

You can do the activity any day of the week, except Sundays.
