The course will be divided into two parts:
- Theoretical class to teach you the use of diving equipment, how to breathe with an oxygen cylinder and everything you need to know for your first beginnings.
- Practical class where we will do dives in confined waters and open waters, so that you first practice in the pool and have your first contact, and then go to the sea.
