Deal overview
The course includes 5 theoretical lessons, in which our instructors will explain to you in detail the freediving techniques, and everything you need to know to carry out a dive correctly, and then 5 practical lessonsthat can be carried out either in our center inCastellanzain the province of Varese, or in the center ofAresein the province of Milan, and during which you will put into practice everything you have learned; you will always be followed by an instructor who will guide you and correct you when necessary.
The practical and theoretical lessons, which last ten hours in total, can be held on any day of the year.
The course also includes 4 open water dives: in the first two you will reach 12 meters, in the last you will reach up to 18 meters! These will instead take place in Liguria, in Spotorno, in the Giardini di Nemo area.
Before starting the course the structure will provide you with: BCD, regulators and tank, while each participant must be equipped with a mask, fins and wetsuit. If you do not have the necessary equipment, you can rent it on site.

Theoretical and practical lessons in the swimming pool can always be carried out, while diving in the sea only from April to October.
