With the stress and rescue course you can help your diving companions in case of emergency, since in this course we will prepare you to act when there is a danger situation. You will learn to protect yourself from adversities, both yourself and your classmates. You can identify stress and thus avoid accidents, but you will also acquire rescue and assistance techniques in emergency situations.
They will be 6 days of duration , with the objective that you learn to act in different situations in which a diver can be found in case of emergency. The first of all is to teach you some notions about first aid, very useful for these cases. We will also perform practical classes in pool and sea , to prepare with real drills for future bailouts.
It is a very complete course and you will feel safer in the water knowing that you can help others!
