Apnea is one of the most extreme water sports and to do it you must have skills and great practice that allows you to hold your breath in the water for minutes.

If you are one of those who has always wanted to know what it feels like to dive on the seabed and get to know the wonderful creatures that live there, we bring you the perfect plan. A freediving course in Palamós in which you will not only enjoy several dives in the water, but you will also learn everything about freediving and become an officially certified freediver.

The course will last 2 days and there will be a theoretical part in which our teachers will dynamically teach you the basic concepts and strong>breathing and relaxation techniques more common so that you feel safe in the sea once you immerse yourself in it.

Once you have learned all this, the fun part begins. You have to put your knowledge into practice! And you will do it by carrying out the flapping and compensation methods that you will have to know almost like the back of your hand, because when you finish the course you will take a final evaluation that you will have to pass to have your certificate and thus be able to descend in open water to a depth of 20 meters.
