The course will consist of a theoretical part that will take place in our Palamós facilities and from an online modality in which you will learn the history of this sport and the basic techniques . And here comes what you're waiting like crazy for... Once you finish the theoretical course, it's time to dive in! During the practical part, you will have 5 dives in confined and open waters in which you will perform a series of exercises that you will have already studied and that you will repeat until you feel completely comfortable and confident. percent and you have the necessary skills.
