If you are thinking of surprising someone special and you are clear that they like the sea, a diving baptism is the solution. You can also be that someone and treat yourself.

Diving is an activity that allows you to maximize your experiences at sea, which is why it is advisable to have a first contact with an expert team. In this baptism the groups are very small with a maximum of 4 components.
Our instructor will explain to you theoretically the components of the equipment that we will leave with you and we will submerge into the sea in very shallow waters to perform the rehearsed exercises out of the water.

This diving baptism will last approximately 2 hours in Palamós. Baptisms must be carried out in the morning after confirmation of attendance since our instructor must prepare all the equipment to be able to enjoy the activity to the fullest.
