Diving baptism from the beach in Tossa de Mar

We invite you to have your first contact with the underwater world thanks to our Diving Baptism. This activity is based on our user acquiring some basic notions about the natural environment and making their first dives accompanied by instructors. Once you have taken the first step, you will be ready to take a higher degree in which to continue training and increasing the distance of your dives.

We carried out the baptism on the Catalan coast, from the beach of Tossa de Mar. Its rich seabed is waiting to be discovered by adventurous and dynamic people like you. Do not hesitate to explore what is hidden beneath the surface, you will feel privileged to contemplate the life that exists at the bottom of the sea and the sensation of breathing in the water will seem incredible to you. If you like the sea and water sports, diving is an unmissable activity.

So that you acquire complete notions, during the theoretical part our instructors will teach you diving techniques, the materials you are going to use and brief glimpses of the marine environment. You will carry it out with the practical part, a dive to 12 meters depth in which you will walk accompanied by an instructor. We guarantee that you will be hooked and will want to continue expanding your experience.

The diving will be from the beach, this way the control of the activity will be easier and your safety will be guaranteed. You only have to meet two essential requirements to be able to carry out the baptism: be over 10 years old and not suffer from any health problem that could be aggravated by immersion.

This experience is not yet an official certification, but it is a first step before opting for a more advanced course. Under professional supervision in an estimated time of some 3 hours, with at least 45 minutes dedicated to immersion.

You will learn:

• To use the equipment in shallow waters.
• Theoretical concepts about domesticism.
• The feeling of breathing under water.
• Fundamental exercises and techniques.
   

It is recommended to wear a bathroom, swimsuit and dry clothes. The best thing about this first contact is that we will gradually enter the sea from the shore in Tossa de Mar, which will allow you to go completely at your own pace.
