10-hour diving course in the Gulf of Policastro

The duration of this course of diving to achieve the patent is 10 hours, divided into 5 of theoretical lessons and 5 of practical lessons.

The sub -course begins with the theoretical part, divided into five lessons, each for 1 hour, which you can also follow at a distance. The material, like the manual to study, you can find it loaded on our platform.
Also, if you have any doubts or question, one of our teachers will be able to help you through a videoconference.
Once the theoretical lessons are overcome, you can start with those practices. You will have to introduce yourself to scalea , in the province of cosenza , in our outdoor center, where a diverti qualified will accompany you in diving, which will be five in total.
Thanks to this diving course you will be able to receive a sub patent and learn useful techniques that will help you both in breathing, as in the movements under water.
