Do you want to explore the seabed in a completely innovative way? Come and try our freediving course with which you will discover the deep sea of the Isla de las Palomas thanks to the control of your breathing. You will be able to immerse yourself in the depths of Tarifa while discovering what you and your body are capable of doing.

To start the freedving course in the best way, we will meet at our center, on the coast of Cádiz, where we will introduce you to the instructors who will accompany you on this great underwater adventure. Once we all know each other, we will start with the theoretical classes where we will explain everything you need to know to explore the seabed exclusively with your lungs.

For this apnea activity, we will teach you how to relax your mind so that you can focus exclusively on breathing when diving long distances. In addition, we will teach you how to practice static apnea exercises where we will practice beforehand before launching into the Mediterranean depths.

When you are ready, we will set sail towards the immersion point, where you can put into practice everything you have previously learned. You can dive up to 5 meters deep! At all times our instructors will be at your disposal and will adapt the activity to the limits you set, since the most important thing is that you have a great time with this impressive experience.
