A certification that combines theory with a lot of practice and a lot of immersions, and that will only take you 2 days to complete.

Let's start with the important thing, what is the Scuba Diver course? It is the ultimate plan if you have tried a baptism of diving or if you like diving and want to take your underwater experiences to the next level. This is because it is the shortest and simplest way to dive up to a maximum depth of 14 meters, for example. which, despite its simplicity, you will be able to have an impressive feeling and properly discover the marine life of Sitges and the Costa del Garraf.

With a PADI Scuba Diver course you combine theory with practice, with the best predominating, practice. In total you receive 3 theoretical classes that you will do with the help of audiovisual materials and that with us, will be in a much more interactive way thanks to our divers experts. In this part we will seek to learn the knowledge and fundamental pillars of diving and then take action and dive with knowledge and safety.

Once you have successfully passed the theoretical sessions, what comes next is a total of 5 dives that are carried out in two blocks. First come the 3 practices in confined waters, that is, in the pool. Here we will train what we learned during theory and do basic exercises that every diver should know; ear decompression as you descend, emptying the mask, sign language to communicate and so on. All this during two sessions that can last between 40 and 60 minutes, and which are key to later developing with ease in the next part.

When we finish the theory and the practices in the pool, then yes, the best comes, diving in the beautiful Costa del Garraf, where we will discover some of the most emblematic spots to dive in Sitges. In total there will be 2 dives in the sea and here our objective will not be to learn anything new but to discover. We will immerse ourselves in the serene waters ofSitges in search of an idyllic experience; experience weightlessness, enjoy the beams of light that illuminate the marine world and get to know the beautiful marine fauna and flora that so characterizes the Mediterranean. To do this, we address some of the following points:

• A small cove sandwiched between Vallcarca and the Aiguadolç beach. It is a hidden, secluded and unknown corner. Highly visited by fishermen and freediving divers for its solitude and tranquility. Because of its privacy, it is one of our favorite places to dive. Here we will discover a seabed full of pebbles and stones that are home to countless fish and we will also visit the Conger Cave.

• Pan Rossat: This is a unique place on the Costa del Garraf for diving because it is one of the few places that has quite a few rocks at the bottom , which makes it the perfect place for marine species of all types to coexist, such as; threetails, groupers, octopuses and endless schools of fish. We can even see crustaceans such as crabs, lobsters and lobsters.

• Los Albets: This is another spectacular and truly unique place, very similar to Pan Rossat, but with one difference, an even richer marine flora. Here the fauna is not so abundant, although there are many rocks that facilitate marine life, they are scattered. Even so, this gives rise to the magic of this environment, the marine flora. The separation between the stones makes it easier for us to see enormous meadows of posidonia (a type of marine plant) and sponges that filter the surroundings. Regarding the fauna, we will find pipefish, conger eels and moray eels.
