Our highly qualified instructors will be in charge of teaching both the theoretical and practical parts of this training. This course consists of two theoretical sessions that will be taught in person and will last about 2 or 3 hours.

Once we have completed the theoretical part of this course, we will get down to work, and we will do the first diving session in confined waters. It will be a safe practice, since you will do it accompanied by a professional diver and it will generally be done in a pool or on an Asturian beach near Gijón, always at a shallow depth.

Next, you will be prepared to descend to the sea depths of the wonderful sea of Gijón, we will practice everything we learned during the course and then you will be able to improve your buoyancy at sea during some improvement practices.
