This offer includes an Advanced sailing course, held by two trained instructors and ideal for all those who have already attended the previous courses or who have a good knowledge of sailing boats cabin cruisers.
The navigation perimeter in which we will move during the course is the one that goes from the northern coast of Sicily, i.e. the area of the Egadi Islands and the Aeolian Islands.
The course is divided into 6 lessons lasting 3 hours, but on request it is possible to carry it out over a weekend, from Friday to Sunday and is aimed at improving knowledge regarding the operation of a sailing cruiser at sea, learning to sail in altitude and at night in total autonomy.
You will learn:
- On-board organization i.e. the order and stowage of the galley and kitchen, the correspondence and the planning, together with the preparation, of the navigation
- On-board instruments to learn about VHF, meteorology and all the other instruments necessary for navigation
- Refining sailing and motor maneuvers with the use of the spinnaker and gennaker, learning to moor and anchor in all weather conditions, as well as the main engine repairs
