The duration of the theory is online but to pass the course you will have to dedicate 16 hours of practice in safety and navigation plus another 12 hours of practice with the short-range radio operator.

You already have the PNB but your curiosity and desire to continue your training in the world of nautical life overcomes you... Perfect! The next step is to get your Recreational Boat Skipper qualification and we, from Seville, are going to help you achieve it.

This course is the next level and the qualification that most sailing enthusiasts acquire. With it you can govern both sailing and motor boats up to 15 meters in length as long as they are recreational.

You can also navigate at night and up to 12 miles from the coast in addition to sailing between the archipelagos belonging to the Iberian Peninsula. Just like driving jet skis without any impediment or need to follow a route.

Thetheoretical part will be online, so there is full time flexibility. You will learn topics such as Maneuver, Emergency at Sea, Meteorology or Maneuver among some others through recorded classes and a live teacher. At the end, you must pass a multiple choice exam to be able to move on to the practical part.

This will be done from the Port of Gelves, a few kilometers from the Andalusian capital. The Guadalquivir River will be the setting for the hours of practice that you will have to overcome. 28 hours in total in which you will learn security, navigation or control with the radio operator in addition to the techniques learned in theory.
