We will be working at sea with one of our instructors on the Sun Fast 37 on the coast of the island, specifically, we will depart from Marina Rubicón.
The work session will last approximately4 hours.
Before getting into the water, we will give you a previous class, explaining the most basic instructions of the activity, we will also see what the activity will consist of. Then, we will go to the water, which is really how you learn best.
We will see how a regatta is experienced in person, the importance of teamwork! During the activity we will have a drink and an energy bar, to finish the experience in perfect condition.
