Have you always liked navigation but you haven't had the time or opportunity to practice it? We provide the opportunity for you and your friends or family to enjoy a day at sea.

This training will take place in the Base Port, specifically in Monte Real Club Yates Bayona. Once in our facilities, we will prepare you to learn for 2 hours all the theoretical concepts that make up this navigation course. It will be the time necessary to know the necessary basic notions before getting into the subject.

This way, you will be ready to get down to the practical part of this course. There will be 4 hours of practice in Baiona Bay that will enable you to finally obtain your license.

After finishing both parts, we will certify your day with the Basic Navigation License, which is an official approved title. This will allow you from now on to handle any boat that is less than 6 meters in length, without power limit, in daytime navigation two miles from the coast.

A psychotechnical certificate is required to take the course and obtain the license.

What does the activity include

Qualified monitors.
Theoretical class (2 hours).
Navigation (4 hours) through the Bayona estuary and the Vigo and Cíes Islands (practical part)
Official Title Navigation License (approved).

You can enjoy this training every day of the week, depending on the following schedule:

Theoretical part: from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Practical part: from 12:00 to 16:00.
