It is near Bourg-Saint-Maurice that we invite you to discover the exceptional adrenaline rush of a two-hour rafting trip. A mixture of thrills and a change of scenery will give you the entertainment you are looking for, whether you are alone, or accompanied by your friends or loved ones.
This activity does not require any knowledge of rafting techniques. The instructor is responsible for training you and accompanying you on your journey, in order to help you assimilate all the ways of paddling in harmony, to keep the ship on the right path. You will make this descent aboard a raft which accommodates eight people. By paddling all at once and in the same direction, you will succeed in defying the currents of the rapids of the Isère River, class 3 to 4.
You can share this activity even with your children from the age of 13. The qualified guide and teacher will be responsible for adequately supervising you and your children.
Furthermore, the latter will welcome you to our leisure center at Centron in Aime-la-Plagne, less than 20 minutes by car from Bourg-Saint- Maurice. He will then give you a briefing in which he will explain the process of this descent, the techniques to acquire, then give you his safety instructions which you will need to pay attention to. The equipment will then be given to you by him, before accompanying you for a shuttle which will take you to the starting point.

Good to know:
- To be able to do this activity, you must be aged 13 or over, know how to swim and be in good physical condition.
- Bring your swimsuit, your towel, sunscreen and something to tie your hair and glasses.
