Alcantara gorge quad excursion 4 hours

Get on the saddle of our quads for 4 hours and begin a beautiful adventure among the Alcantara Gorges. Once the quads have been set in motion, the route will continue along dirt roads and nature trails in the direction of Castiglione di Sicilia, a renowned wine-growing town which offers a breathtaking view of the valley.

The itinerary continues towards Linguaglossa, crossing cycle paths from which you can admire the crater of Etna, the small volcano of Moio Alcantara, covered by typical Mediterranean vegetation.

We will cross numerous lava flows dating back to eruptions that occurred in different periods of Etna's history, until we reach one of the many caves present in the area, such as the Grotta di Coruccio, and then arrive at Piano Provenzana, located at an altitude of 1,850 metres.

For those who love nature, we offer the opportunity to visit the craters formed following the volcano's eruptions.
