We encourage you to get started in the aerial world with the sport of paragliding. Thanks to our courses in the area of Bizkaia and the Pyrenees you will be able to feel like a true adventurer, flying over the high peaks of northern Spain.
The course consists of four hours in which, always accompanied by a monitor, you will learn the first techniques of this sport. You will begin with a brief theoretical talk in which the instructor will explain the basic movements of paragliding, as well as the use of all parts of the equipment.
You will perform inflation exercises, in two possible ways: running and on your back, you will control the paraglider, you will have some basic lessons in meteorology, air safety or aerology.
All the exercises you do during the four hours of the course will be recorded by our instructors so that you can see each other and take away good memories of this adventure.
You don't have to fear for your safety, all our instructors are paragliding sports technicians, and they will always be aware of your movements both on land and in the air.
*In this course you will not be able to fly alone, since it is to learn the material and make a first contact with the paraglider.
