From La Muela, a small mountain that is a few kilometers from the Community of Madrid, the baptism will begin under the guidance of our instructor, who will teach you the basics of gaining height and planning for a few 15 minutes while you see each other from a few meters away.

Remember to bring sports shoes and a windbreaker or a good sweatshirt, it's cooler up there than it seems, even if it's a nice day.
