It will be done in tandem, that is, together with the flight instructor in a two-seater paraglider. You won't have to do anything, just relax and enjoy the experience. Even so, before starting the activity, the instructor will give you a briefing about the route, the procedure and the safety rules to respect. Pay attention to him and everything will turn out great.
Bring warm clothing and shoes that support your feet well. It is also advisable to bring sun protection and a bottle of water to hydrate yourself.
The durations of the flights are approximate since we depend on the wind and thermal conditions, so you should know that they may suffer some oscillations.
