One of our certified instructors will welcome you to the center to provide you with a paddle and a Paddle board. No worries about a possible lack of balance on the latter, Paddle boards are actually wider than Surf boards. First kneeling on the board, you will have a session of one and a half hours to gain confidence and position yourself upright on the board.
To do this, the instructor will offer you initiation exercises and will listen to you to help you progress quickly. You will see, we easily take pleasure in practicing Paddle. Perhaps at the end of the session you will even want to go further in adventure and continue with Paddle on more technical sessions?
