Discover the keys to navigating along the Guadalquivir with a stand up paddle board with this 90-minute SUP initiation class. It is a perfect lesson for a first contact with this sport in the famous Sevillian river. We will teach you from the base so that in a short time you will be autonomous with the board and the paddle.

Keep in mind that paddle surfing in the river is much easier than in the sea because the Guadalquivir guarantees us a flat water surface without waves. Once we have explained the characteristics to take into account about the environment, we will give you the stand up paddle board and the paddle that accompanies it.

Before leaving we will show you how to adjust the height of the paddle so that it fits you. Then you will go directly to the board to work on your balance. We tell you that its large surface will make it quite easy but if you don't dare to start standing up you can first get on your knees.

In addition to the luxury of contemplating the Sevillian shore while you practice, you will obtain important benefits for your entire body and you will clear your mind. Coordination improves with paddle surfing and you will be getting in shape!
