We will meet you in the French commune of Argelès-sur-Mer, located in the Pyrénées-Orientales. This seaside resort is located a few kilometers from Collioure, Saint Cyprien, Canet-en-Roussillon or, Perpignan. This charming village located at the foot of the Albères Massif is the ideal place to spend quality time with friends or family!
For this Stand Up Paddle course, we will meet you on the Plage des Pins. Our instructors will be happy to welcome you and explain how the Stand Up Paddle course will take place. After collecting your equipment, you will set off on the sand in the company of your instructor and the other participants.
During the course, you will learn to use your equipment, to understand the currents of the ocean, to discover the world of water sports... You will also learn the basic techniques, how to manage your balance and your concentration... Obviously, the content of the Stand Up Paddle course will depend on your level! Once the course is over, you will return to our structure with your instructor, drop off your equipment and debrief on this course!
