Never paddled before? All you need to know is how to swim. A teacher from the center will teach you the fundamental principles of this sport during a briefing before entering the water! You will learn how to paddle safely and cross water with your paddle.
What could be more pleasant than a sunset aperitif with friends? This is where the huge paddle comes in handy! Gather your materials and enjoy this moment of sharing!
To stay balanced on the board, keep your body in the air and your gaze on the horizon, and push forward with your arms: you will engage your muscles without even realizing it .

- It is good to bring a swimsuit and sunscreen.
- With parental consent, children who know how to swim can paddle.
